Furnished one and two bedroom suites in
our home located in GREAT LOCATION, Deep
Cove North Vancouver BC.
The house has two suites. The main
floor is about 900 sq ft. and has two
bedrooms. There is a large room at the
front of the house overlooking the
garden and Deep Cove that has a
queen-size bed. This room is separated
from the living room by a heavy curtain
that can be pulled back during the day
if you wish. The second bedroom is at
the back of the house and has a double
bed. The bathroom is located between
the two bedrooms and is accessed from
the living room. The living room
surrounds a wood burning stove and
overlooks Deep Cove. It opens onto a
deck at the front. The kitchen is fully
equipped with large and small appliances
(sorry, no dish washer), plates,
cutlery, pots, etc. This room opens
onto decks at both the side and back.
The lower level of the house is about
750 sq ft. and has one bedroom with a
queen size bed and a double hid-a-bed in
the living room. The bathroom is
between living room and bedroom, and is
accessible to both. This suite also has
a fully equipped kitchen (sorry, still
no dish washer) and has a private patio
at the side.
We supply all needed bedding, linens,
towels, etc. for both suites.
Shared between the two suites are
laundry facilities, ironing board and
iron, and even a sewing basket and
machine if the need or desire arises. There is also a propane barbecue that
can be used. There is high-speed
wireless internet access in both suites
for your laptop computer
Both suites have private entrances and
security.
Please note that the suites are
non-smoking and due to possible
allergies with our guests we do not
accept pets.
The cost of the upstairs suite is $695
per week for 2 people, with a surcharge
of $25 per person per night for extra
people.
The cost of the downstairs suite is $495
per week for 2 people with the same
surcharge for extra people.
