The following policy governs the use of the Centurybuilder.com Service by User. User will comply with the terms and spirit of this Agreement.

Transmit or upload any material that contains software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy or publicity or any other applicable law unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents;

Interfere with another member's use and enjoyment of the Centurybuilder.com Service or another individual's or entity's use and enjoyment of similar services;

Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent;

Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.

The Centurybuilder.com Service includes certain communication services designed to enable the User to communicate with the public at large or with a group. The User agrees to use Centurybuilder.com Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular communication service. User shall not use the Centurybuilder.com Service for spamming. Spamming includes, but is not limited to:

The bulk sending of unsolicited messages, or messages which provoke complaints from recipients,

The sending of junk mail, chain letters, and/ or use Centurybuilder.com Service in connection with surveys, contests, pyramid scheme;

The use of distribution lists that include people who have not given specific permission to be included in such distribution process;

Posting ads containing binary encoded data;

Excessive and repeated posting off-topic ads to classifieds areas;

Excessive and repeated cross-posting;

Harassment of another Internet user or users, including but not limited to, stalking, transmitting any threatening, defamatory, libelous or obscene material, or material of any nature which could be deemed to be offensive, and/or violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others;

The e-mailing of age-inappropriate communications or content to anyone under the age of 18.

Centurybuilder.com is under no obligation to monitor the communication services provided by it. However, Centurybuilder.com reserves the right to review materials posted to a communication service and to remove any materials at its sole discretion.

The User will not hold Centurybuilder.com responsible or liable for deletion or failure to store material, inaccuracy in transmission and receipt of any messages and other communications or other information maintained or transmitted.

User shall at all times provide Centurybuilder.com with accurate information. User shall immediately notify Centurybuilder.com of any security breach in or unauthorized use of User's account. User shall not interfere in any way with another User's use of, or Centurybuilder.com's provision of the Centurybuilder.com Service. User shall not resell, rent, lease, grant a security interest in, or make commercial use of the Centurybuilder.com Service without the express written consent of Centurybuilder.com.

Unless otherwise specified, the Centurybuilder.com Site is for the User's personal and non-commercial use. The User is permitted to print or download extracts from these pages for personal and non-commercial use. The User shall not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or Centurybuilder.com Services obtained from Centurybuilder.com Site for commercial gain.

Certain services such as subscriptions require the user to be registered at the Centurybuilder.com Site. Each registration is for a single individual user only. User will be responsible for all content that User posts or transmits. Centurybuilder.com does not control the content posted and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content.

Centurybuilder.com provides space for advertisements at the Centurybuilder.com Site, but makes no implied or express warranties about the reliability of these ads. Centurybuilder.com is not responsible for any damage caused by loss of access to, or deletion or alteration of ads; individual Users are responsible for monitoring and renewing their ads. While Centurybuilder.com uses reasonable efforts to ensure all information on this site is accurate and current, your use of this site is at your own risk. Centurybuilder.com. is under no obligation to monitor this site and assumes no responsibility or liability for content changed without our consent. User agrees to indemnify and hold Centurybuilder.com and its licensors, subsidiaries, affiliates, network partner sites, officers, employees and agents ("Affiliated Parties"), harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of User's use of the Centurybuilder.com Service/the violation of this Agreement by User, or the infringement by User, or other user of the Centurybuilder.com Service using User's computer, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity, or as a result of any threatening, libelous, obscene, harassing or offensive material contained in any User communications.
